It’s Saturday, and I had planned to go for a run, but I woke up late. The AI agent from last night hadn’t finished its task yet, so I spent the morning tracking its progress to see if it could help solve some issues. While a lot of work got done, most of it was handled by the AI, so I didn’t feel a huge sense of accomplishment—it just made the workflow smoother.

Later, I updated the design of my personal website, adding support for four languages to make it look better and more user-friendly.

After that, I cooked at home. For dinner, I tried salmon with pasta, but the salmon had been stored too long and tasted bad, so I ended up throwing it away. The whole meal left me feeling a bit off, and my body felt slightly unwell.

In the morning, I listened to a stand-up comedy show that discussed how AI boosts efficiency without actually shortening work hours. It made me realize that while we’re more efficient, the workload stays the same—or even increases, making it easier to fall into that “rat race” mentality. Are we making ourselves stronger, or just more exhausted?

The weather is a bit rainy today, and it’s uncertain whether it will rain tomorrow. I plan to play tennis with a friend from Vietnam and a colleague tomorrow afternoon.

My tennis coach sent me some practice videos, and I’m thinking about taking my school racket home to practice my serve.

I also got a message from a colleague in Northern Finland. I shared updates on projects I’ve been working on with vibe coding and my progress on revising a paper.

Overall, today was pretty ordinary. I hope tomorrow brings more efficient work and a better tennis session.
